  2. The Operator may amend these Terms without violating applicable law and will announce the changes and effective date on the Service's initial screen or a linked screen at least 7 days before they take effect. Article 4-2. Paid services

Korean legally operative text (translated)

  1. Lunara offers the following paid products. These are South Korea storefront prices and include value-added tax.
  • Lunara Crescent subscription: KRW 4,900 per month. It includes up to 5 trip itineraries and up to 150 Aurora chats each month.
  • Lunara Fullmoon subscription: KRW 9,900 per month. It includes up to 10 trip itineraries and up to 400 Aurora chats each month, and up to 3 full itinerary rebuilds each month.
  • One-time product: KRW 1,000. It adds one trip itinerary and 30 Aurora chats together and does not renew automatically.
  • Trial: it starts when the user selects it on the subscription screen, is available once per account, and carries no charge. For 10 days from that start it includes up to 3 trip itineraries, up to 50 Aurora chats, and one full itinerary rebuild. If the trial is not selected, or after it ends, up to one trip itinerary and up to 10 Aurora chats are available each month.
  1. The product name, subscription period, currency, taxes, and total price shown on the purchase screen apply to the transaction. Material changes to price or paid-service terms will be disclosed in advance, and consent will be obtained when required by law or store procedure.
  2. A subscription renews automatically every month from the purchase date. Unless it is cancelled before the store's renewal deadline, the next period is charged to the registered payment method. Cancellation and payment-method changes are handled in the App Store or Google Play account settings. Access continues through the already-paid period after cancellation.
  3. The store processes payment and issues the receipt. A purchase may be restored with the same store account after changing devices or reinstalling the app.
  4. Under Article 17 of Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, a consumer may withdraw within seven days from the later of receiving the written contract information or commencement of supply. Withdrawal may be restricted for the portion of digital content whose supply began after prior consent and confirmation, but an unprovided portion of divisible content remains withdrawable. If the service differs from its advertisement or contract, withdrawal is available within three months from supply and within 30 days from when the difference was or could have been known.
  5. Refunds are requested and processed under the policy and procedure of the store where the purchase was made. Statutory withdrawal, refund, and damages rights are not limited by a store policy. For payment-verification or entitlement issues, contact support@travellunara.com.
  6. A minor must obtain consent from a legal representative before purchase. A contract made without that consent may be cancelled by the minor or legal representative under applicable law.
  7. A material change or discontinuation of the paid service's core features, usage limits, or availability will be announced and individually notified at least 30 days in advance with the reason, effective date, and available user action. If an already-paid service can no longer be supplied, the unused portion will be refunded or an equivalent remedy will be provided under applicable law and store policy.
  8. The applicable store terms also govern store payment processing. Where they conflict with these Terms, the store terms govern payment processing, without limiting any mandatory right that is more favorable to the user.

Article 5. Age and consent

  1. Users under 14 years of age may not create a member account.
  2. The Service requests the user's birth year to verify age. Because a full date of birth is not collected, users near the age boundary may be restricted conservatively.
  3. Aurora personalization (AI features) is how the Service provides tailored itineraries and recommendations by default, and at sign-up personalization consent and cross-border transfer consent are obtained separately. Turning personalization off is implemented to update the device setting only after the server processing-stop request succeeds, and while it is off Aurora gives only general recommendations without your preferences. The server implements disabling personalization and deleting AI source events, feedback, learned preferences, relevant history and memory. To delete all existing conversation history, use account deletion or contact the Operator (code checked 2026-09-14). Turning it off is a single button on the personalization screen in Settings, and the off and on-again round trip was verified on a real device on 2026-09-22.

Article 6. AI-generated information

  1. AI-generated information is reference material to help plan travel and may be inaccurate or differ from reality.
  2. Before making important decisions involving bookings, payments, entry, visas, safety, medical care or law, users must check up-to-date information from official sources.
  3. Users must not include unnecessary personal information, other people's secrets, payment information or sensitive information in AI inputs.
  4. The Operator works to improve the accuracy, completeness and currency of AI-generated information but does not guarantee them. Limitations on the Operator's liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 7. Intellectual property and User Content

  1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service and its content, including articles, photo arrangements and compilations, designs, logos, illustrations, software and databases, belong to the Operator or the rightful owners.
  2. Users may use Service content for personal travel purposes. Without the Operator's prior consent, they may not commercially reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, automatically collect (crawl or scrape), create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially use it.
  3. Rights in User Content generally belong to the user who created it.
  4. Public profiles, posts, comments, photos, videos, likes, follows and meetup participation may be visible to other users within the Service.
  5. DMs are provided only to conversation participants, but authorized personnel may process them on a limited basis where necessary for reports, safety responses or legal obligations.
  6. Users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, transmit, display and store User Content to the extent necessary to operate, display, deliver, back up and review the Service's content. This license is used only to operate the Service and ends when the user deletes the content or account. However, copies already sent to other users, legally required records and backup copies may remain until their retention periods end. The Operator does not use User Content for unrelated third-party provision or separate commercial purposes.
  7. Deleting a post or account starts deletion procedures for associated server data and media. Reports may be retained for safety measures and dispute handling after the reporter's identifier is removed.

Article 8. Prohibited conduct

Users must not engage in the following conduct.

  1. Posting or sending content involving illegality, violence, sexual exploitation, harm to minors, harassment, hate, impersonation, fraud, privacy violations or copyright infringement
  2. Disclosing or collecting another user's personal information or location without consent
  3. Spam, automated abuse, abnormal requests, bypassing or reverse-engineering Service, account or API security, or interfering with Service operations
  4. Infringing the intellectual property, image rights or other rights of the Operator or a third party
  5. Uploading photos, videos or text for which the user has no rights
  6. Using AI or external search results for unlawful acts or to harm others

Article 9. Reports and usage restrictions

  1. Users may report violations involving posts, comments, accounts, meetups and DMs.
  2. The Operator may review reports, automated checks and legal requests and take necessary action, including limiting visibility or deleting content, restricting features, suspending accounts or terminating accounts.
  3. Urgent safety reports and records required by law may be retained after account deletion with identifying information minimized.
  4. Appeals and inquiries about actions are accepted at support@travellunara.com. The Operator reviews the submission and replies with whether the action is upheld or changed and the reasons. Requests to access, correct, delete or suspend processing of personal information are acted on within 10 days under applicable law. If action is deferred or refused, the reasons and appeal method will also be provided.

Article 10. External services

  1. The Service may use external services including Supabase, Cloudflare, Anthropic, Google and YouTube, Kakao, Mapbox, Unsplash, Apple, Sentry, RapidAPI and AeroDataBox, Open-Meteo, Trip.com, Klook, KKday, Naver, and OpenTable.
  2. Some features may be limited by external-service outages, policy changes or information accuracy.
  3. Transactions entered into through external links or map, booking or flight-query results are between the user and the relevant provider. Unless identified as a party to the transaction, the Operator is not a party to it.
  4. The scope of personal information processed by external services is described in the Privacy Policy.
  5. Identifiers for click and conversion measurement and affiliate parameters are added to some booking links. If a booking or purchase is completed through such a link, the Operator receives an affiliate commission from the booking provider. Click and conversion logs are retained for 6 months for performance measurement and fraudulent-click prevention.
  6. Affiliate relationships may affect the recommendations, ordering, and wording displayed by the Service. The Operator strives to provide useful information regardless of affiliate status, but displaying a particular provider does not always mean that it offers the best terms.
  7. Affiliate commissions are paid to the Operator by the relevant booking provider. The affiliate network's (Travelpayouts) partner terms contain no clause about the amount paid by the end user, and any effect on the amount paid by the user is subject to each provider's terms of sale (checked 2026-09-22).
  8. The information processed through affiliate links and the scope of cross-border transfers are described in Sections 1 and 5 of the Privacy Policy.
  9. Bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds are transactions between the user and the relevant booking provider and are governed by that provider's terms.

Article 11. Service changes and interruptions

  1. The Operator may change or temporarily suspend part of the Service for reasonable reasons such as security, law, external-service outages or maintenance.
  2. Foreseeable material changes or service termination will be announced in advance. Article 4-2, paragraph 8 applies to changes or termination of paid services. Urgent security incidents or outages beyond our control may be announced afterward.
  3. If the Service ends, the Operator will announce the termination and reasons, how and by when to export server data, and the deletion schedule on the Service's initial screen at least 30 days before termination, and individually notify users by email or similar means.

Article 12. Account termination and deletion

  1. Members may request account deletion in the app's settings.
  2. When server account deletion succeeds, deletion proceeds for the account's associated profile, preferences, posts, comments, reactions, meetups, DMs and AI records.
  3. Reports may be retained after the reporter's identifier is removed. Backups, caches and external processors' copies may be deleted later under their respective retention policies.
  4. Deleting public R2 media also requires the production media-deletion and retry pipeline to operate normally. That deletion queue, retry job and cache purge setting are deployed on the production server (deployment checked 2026-09-22).
  5. Deleting a Lunara account does not cancel a subscription purchased on the App Store or Google Play. The store holds the subscription contract and the payment method, so the subscription fee continues to be charged unless it is cancelled separately in the store account settings. Please cancel the subscription in the store before deleting the account.

Article 13. Liability and disclaimers

  1. The Operator is liable under applicable law for damage caused to users by its willful acts or negligence.
  2. Where natural disasters, telecommunications or external-service outages beyond the Operator's control, or circumstances attributable to the user make service provision difficult, the scope of liability is governed by applicable law.
  3. Users must personally check destination safety, entry requirements, booking conditions and current operating information.
  4. Nothing in these Terms limits user rights or Operator liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Article 14. Governing law and dispute resolution

  1. These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. The parties will consult in good faith if a dispute arises. If it remains unresolved, it may be brought before the court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

  2.
