Account deletion

You can delete your Lunara account directly in the app. You do not need to send a separate request.

Delete in the app

1. Open the Lunara app.
2. Go to the Profile tab at the bottom.
3. Settings: select Delete account.
4. Review the information about what will be deleted, then enter DELETE in the confirmation field.
5. Permanently delete account: select this to proceed.

Confirmation text is required because this action cannot be undone.

Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately

Deleting a Lunara account does not cancel a subscription purchased on the App Store or Google Play. The store holds the subscription contract and the payment method, so the subscription fee continues to be charged unless it is cancelled separately in the store account settings. Please cancel the subscription in the store before deleting the account.

If deletion fails

If the server cannot delete the account, the app does not delete anything and lets you know. This is designed to avoid leaving a partially deleted account. Please try again after a short wait.

If you already uninstalled the app

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Reinstall the app, sign in to the same account, and follow the steps above.
